Filagra FXT Plus is a prescription tablet containing sildenafil citrate 100 mg and fluoxetine 60 mg. It is formulated as a combination medicine for men who have erectile dysfunction (ED) along with premature ejaculation (PE). Sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor that helps improve blood flow to the penis when a man is sexually stimulated, making it easier to achieve and maintain an erection. Fluoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). Although primarily used as an antidepressant, SSRIs such as fluoxetine may be used off-label to delay ejaculation in men with premature ejaculation.
